CTE Non-Discrimination Statement

Huffman ISD offers career and technical education programs in Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources; Architecture and Construction; Arts, Audio Video Technology, and Communications; Business, Marketing and Finance; Education and Training; Health Science; Hospitality and Tourism; Human Services; Law and Public Services; Manufacturing; and STEM.  Admission to these programs is based on student interest, student needs, space availability and grade level requirements set by the Texas Education Agency.

It is the policy of Huffman ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap in its CTE programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
